The production process.

From raw material sorting to casting the finished product.

Sorted aluminum scrap in bins and stacked profiles at the yard.

Sort

Incoming aluminum scrap is weighed, separated from foreign materials, and sorted by type.

Melt

Sorted aluminium scrap is loaded into a rotary furnace.

Prepared aluminium scrap is loaded for melting into a rotary furnace. After melting is complete, the aluminium is transferred to an intermediate furnace, where a sample is taken and brought to the desired chemical composition for subsequent casting.

Verify

Before casting, a control sample taken from the intermediate furnace receives spectral analysis in the factory laboratory.

Cast

Alloy is cast from the intermediate furnace onto a conveyor in ingot, hemisphere, or pyramid form.

Once the composition is verified, alloy is cast from the intermediate furnace onto a conveyor, where the product is formed into ingots, hemispheres, or pyramids.

We also buy scrap

Besides aluminium scrap, the facility also accepts other non-ferrous metal scrap.
